PLEASE NOTE: Fr. Ouseph will be on retreat from Sunday, January 11 (evening) until Thursday, January 15 (noon). There will not be any weekday Masses on Monday or Wednesday. Please contact Agnes Timmons if you are in need of a priest.
COUNCIL MEETINGS: The Finance Council will meet on Monday, January 12th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. The Pastoral Council will meet immediately after, at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

CHURCH ENVELOPES: To ensure that proper credit is given, please write your name on your church envelope the first time you use it. Also, if you need a statement showing the total of your yearly contributions that were made through your church envelopes, please contact Agnes Timmons after the first of the year.

INTENTIONS NEEDED: We are in need of Sanctuary Light intentions. Anyone wishing to send in requests may do so by enclosing the intention and donation in a specially marked envelope and placing it in the collection basket.

KJZT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS: The Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas – KJZT is now accepting 2015 scholarship applications. Written requests for applications must be made by the student in one of the following ways: Mail: P. O. Box 18896 Austin, TX 78760-8896 Fax: (512) 444-6887 E-mail: info@kjzt.org To be eligible for a scholarship, an applicant must be a member in good standing for at least one year. Scholarships are available to high school graduates who are planning to attend college or current college students. The Fraternal also offers scholarships to members who are planning to attend or are currently attending a technical or vocational school full time. Applications must be postmarked no later than February 13, 2015.

KJZT JUNIORS: The next meeting of the KJZT Junior Division will be Sunday, January 18 at 2pm in the Smid Center. Election of officers for 2015 will be held at the meeting. Please wear your blue Society 104 t-shirt.

POINSETTIAS: Anyone wishing to take a poinsettia home may do so.

GRIEF SUPPORT: A grief support group meeting will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening, January 15th, at St. Joseph’s Hall next to St. Mary’s Catholic Church. This is a support group for those in the community who want to gain a better understanding of all the changes experienced in the grief process.
