THANK YOU: Many, many thanks to all those individuals who helped in any way with the BBQ Dinner, Raffle, and Horse Shoe Tournament last Sunday. Volunteers included those who cooked and served the meal, collected prizes and ran the raffle, all the individuals who provided the wonderful desserts and last but not least, all those who came out and supported the fundraiser by purchasing the meal and raffle tickets. GOOD JOB: Congratulations and keep up the good work parishioners of Immaculate Heart of Mary! Our Living by Giving Parish Contribution (previously called Sharing in Ministry) had a total of 60 contributors. We had the highest in the entire Diocese for the goal committed which was 190.61%, as well as the highest in the goal paid with 177.41%.

CHOIR PRACTICE: There will be Choir practice after Mass on Monday, May 23rd. Anyone is welcome to attend. We are always looking for new singers.

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Sacred Heart #829 will host the annual “Taste of West” luncheon on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at the St. Mary’s Parish Center, 507 W. Spruce Street in West, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The donation for Adults will be $8.00, and Children $4.00. “Take-outs” will be available. There will be a Silent Auction during the luncheon. Raffle tickets are available for $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00.
CDA Court Sacred Heart #829 of West will also have a buchta bake sale at the St. Mary’s Parish Center in West on Saturday, June 11th. Cost of the buchtas is $13 and will be available after 11:00 a.m. until noon. They will also be sold at the “Taste of West” fundraiser on June 14.
